Status, Summer 2008: no more preorders, sorry. We’ve placed the initial order with our manufacturer, and the first round of guitars should be available before the end of the year.  Once the new website is up, we will have more information on the models and where you can get them (local stores as well as on this website).  Expect an MSRP of $1999 and street prices around $1200, but some stores really want to carry models with “vanilla” pickups in them, for those of you players who have your favorite pickups and put them in every guitar you buy, no matter what they come with.  Yeah, you know who you are.  Makes me cry just to think of someone ripping out a pair of Bartolinis and eBay’ing them, so we decided to work with the stores and make the vanilla-pickup model an option.  Those guitars will have an MSRP of $1799 and expected street prices around a grand.
